This Intermediate Hockey Skating Video Course is the follow up to our Beginner Skating Course. With the foundational movements in place, it's time to reinforce proper posture while learning to use the skate blade effectively. This course contains approximately 20 minutes of drills and instruction in 11 videos: 1.0 - Introduction 1.1 - Inside Edge 1.2 - V Formation 1.3 - Quiet Upper Body 1.4 - Speed and Recovery 1.5 - Backwards Skating 1.6 - Loose Turns 1.7 - Crossovers 1.8 - Backwards Crossovers 1.9 - Two Foot Stop 1.10 - Transitions
